Taxi is arriving at 3:30 am and we'll pick up Tony on the way. Watching the weather closely. At least this time we're booked only on one airline Air Canada so if there are travel delays we will not screw anything up too much. I'm so glad we didn't decide to do the Minneapolis route. That would be particularly dicey, I think.
So, the kids are very blase about this whole deal, while I am knowing it's going to be much harder on me.
Allan's busy getting things together like walkie talkies and GPS etc. I only have the important task of shaving my legs left.
Not a great day at work - actually it was a pretty good day til right near the end. Had a lovely drink with Steve from the Winnipeg Police along with Amanda, Cherrie and Shaun. A couple of last minute emails put a bit of a damper on things but I'm shaking it off gang!
Will stay in touch I'm sure.
Looking forward to posting here and hearing all about what's happening back here at home.

Hey! I hope your on an airplane by now, or at least in Jamaica by now! Shaun told us about your flight from TO, that sux! Hopefully you found another flight to take and that all is well :) Let us know once you get there!
